On Mindfulness

When talking, be mindful of words and the energy being passed. When eating, be mindful of how the body is nourished. When smiling, be mindful of the compassion radiated. Life is not meant to be lived in a blur of things we cannot remember because the moment escaped us. Gather the times of your life with attention, breath by breath.
