My Prakriti. It seems redundant to say Nature's Nature but it is what it is. Today's workshop on Striving for Balance (Ayurveda) was wonderful. I wish we had more time but I think I have enough to pacify my Vata and Pitta imbalance, and enough to continue studying this fascinating sister science of Yoga.
