Day 20 (Sept 2): Drawing Near

For the fire ceremony, I sat beside Paul. This is the last one for me for this round and I wanted the extra booms and blessings.

I got my new Pranayama prescription with a renewed commitment to practice everyday. I did not go light for the asana practice. This is the last one with Paul for this round too. I went slowly. Tomorrow, I will practice as well.
